WebSo yeah, burnout is universal but there’s absolutely nothing wrong with a little focus on caregivers. Especially when the stakes are so high: the second a caregiver starts falling down on their job, a human being begins suffering, and is sometimes at risk of loss of life. WebThis is because they do not want trust, what they want is obedience. A real relationship is a two-way street, but a horrifying number of caregivers I have seen in action do not want a relationship. They have come to see providing care as an obligation, one that the brat seemingly keeps trying to make as hard as possible. Caregiver burnout is real.
