The config file is called game.ini, and it's normally located in the ShooterGame/Saved/Config/ (server) directory. WebIf it's a dino you cant ride then put it in your crosshairs and do the command GiveInfiniteStatsToTarget. It'll refill all stats and just do it one more time and it'll turn it back off. If you don't turn it back off then as soon as the dino uses any stat (stam, health) then it will refill immediately. This works with any unreal engine game that doesn't disable the console. You can also enable an fps counter in the steam overlay (shift+tab) by opening that, going to the settings, and finding the option to enable it.
