WebNot on monk. You cant center yourself with them. Any build with 6 ranger really makes a throwing dagger build good. 3 bard usefull for another crit range. I go the main 11 levels yiu could theoretically go anything thats allowed but the best for dps is probably rogue for sneak damage and opportunist rogue feat.
