WebDec 19, 2024 · the Excel grid lines are only visible when a cell has no fill. If you want to see grid lines on cells with a fill colour, you need to format the cell borders. I have Irlen Syndrome which makes it extremely hard for me to reason text, however if I change the background to that red colour I am able to see. You would not believe how confusing a book is when thoughts are conveyed in italics and I have to remove them all!!!!!
