WebAnyways, if there truly is no intention of resetting Tiago's elite offers routinely, then end game is going to feel even worse than it does with everything being exclusively time-based. Nothing feels worse than sitting with my thumb up my ass with 999,999 capped drop resources with absolutely nothing to use them on. WebTiago's inventory would never deviate from the default. Even when you'd buy a legendary there'd just be a gap there. I never timed that refilling, but it seemed like it was empty until the server reset or a patch or something. So, seeing that past behavior, I expected the same thing post patch here, but apparently something is resetting them.
