WebDracthyr can already Soar. It would not imbalance anything, as mounting a flying mount is exactly the same. All it would add is fun. Make it scale with your flying speed and in no-flight areas make it work like a ground mount (hovering / flying low over the ground). Some intern can easily implement it with half a day's work.
