Web30 de jul. de 2024 · Is it possible to hide unlicensed users from searches across the M365 suite? We have ex-employees that are still active in the user admin as unlicensed. We can't delete them because their mailbox has been converted to shared, so that multiple employees can access the content. I found this, but not sure it applies to other apps. However for the Cloud users, if they do not go through Okta there is not much we can do as we do not manage them.
