Web2mm looks much more like massed formations of troops. I was very surprised by how much 3mm individual figures look like 6mm. An army of 2mm looks like an army. An army of 3mm looks too much like a few battalions unless you decide to do a 1 to 1 presentation. It is much easier with 2mm to see a massed formation as opposed to individual soldiers.
