None of the literature in the Lee reloading manual, or the info that came with my 9mm dies has a powder scoop listed for 147 gr bullets. Yeah it's kind of just accepted that the weight bullet you buy is going to be an approximate average of the lot. +/- 8% or so is just how it is unless you're buying match bullets. For 9mm you could mix 115, 124, and 147 in the magazine and the Poi just isn't going to shift that much. 2.*.
