WebFeb 18, 2024 · Timeouts are in general active only when running library keywords, not when running user keywords. Run Keyword and other keywords executing other keywords are special. When Robot uses them, timeouts aren't active. When you use BuiltIn.run_keyword in your own library keyword, it doesn't detect that timeouts should be inactivated. WebThe error “Timeout reached” occurs when the robot is waiting for some elements to appear on the screen and the element is not available on the screen even after the 30sec (default). It might be possible that though the visuals of the elements are available but the background code of the element is not fully loaded in the system.
