WebOct 1, 2014 · I love the tech buddy feature! It works very well. The only thing that doesn't work well is video chat. Spent a lot of time with customer service folks, who were very professional, but due to the recent merger of Skype and Microsoft, the Telikin video chat interface won't work as advertised.
